Elementary, Secondary and College construction throughout the province represents one of the largest construction sectors for Monteith.   These projects range in scope from large, fully serviced facilities to smaller additions and renovations.

Monteith employs skilled site workers experienced in additions and renovations that require working with teachers and educational staff to control work schedules and minimize noise, dust and disruptions.

We have experienced the challenges of building schools in the James Bay area, where ice roads and limited accessibility have created unique construction obstacles.   In Northern Ontario, we have worked on facilities on First Nation Reserves where unique, community requirements are pivotal to the overall success of the project.
