Camp Oochigeas in The Township of Muskoka Lakes is a $3 million camp for children with cancer that will receive a major transformation with the construction of a new indoor sports complex with stage, games area and mezzanine that will replicate the barn that it replaced.  An outdoor sports court with covered bleachers and an addition to the existing dining hall are also part of the renovations.  The project is scheduled to be completed in June 2008.

The $6.2 M Walford Retirement Residence in Timmins, Ontario will be a one storey, 50,000 square foot wood frame structure.  The facility which is scheduled for completion in June 2008 will provide 64 luxury suites and auxiliary areas.

This $8.1 M addition and renovation to one of the primary public schools in Orillia is a mutli-phased project that includes a new gymnasium, multi-purpose room with stage and elevator. Most of the existing facility will receive new exterior cladding and windows that will tie into the new three storey classroom addition and gymnasium.
Construction began in November 2007 on the new 7,500 square foot facility which will serve as a main guard house on Canadian Forces Base North Bay.  This $2.5 M project is scheduled for completion in September 2008.

 

Renovations to the Motherhouse of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Sault Ste. Marie are underway in North Bay, Ontario.  Prior to the start of construction, there was a special blessing ceremony held to sanctify the project.  The $2.5 M project is scheduled to be completed in December 2008.

 

The 15,000 square foot facility in Iroquois Falls, Ontario is a new $3.5 M health clinic that will serve the small Northern community.  Foundation construction is underway and final completion is scheduled for December 2008.
